Quality Management Representative (QMB) (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Customer & Delivery Quality
• Analyzing trends from customer complaints, inspection reports, and internal errors – developing sustainable improvement measures
• Conducting regular quality review meetings with customers
• Early identification of risks (risk management / FMEA input)
• Professional handling of customer complaints, including communication & 8D reports
• Provision of quality-related information and documents to customers
Operational Quality Tasks
• Conducting internal and external error analyses, including root cause analyses
• Assisting in the preparation of initial sample test reports (EMPB)
• Test plan creation and continuous test plan maintenance
• Processing technical changes and coordination with internal departments
• Supporting the introduction of new products
• Preparation and evaluation of feasibility analyses
Your profile:
• Completed technical training or further education in quality management
• Experience in quality testing, complaint management, or technical customer support
• Good English skills for direct customer communication (verbal & written)
• Proficiency in quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc.)
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer interaction
• Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic
