Your Responsibilities:

• Support and advise management and specialist staff on all matters of occupational safety

• Maintain and further develop the existing occupational health and safety organization

• Conduct risk assessments and identify risks and hazards

• Perform root cause analysis for workplace accidents and develop accident prevention measures

• Support fundamental measures in workplace design

• Independently organize and conduct internal audits and training sessions

• Create and update technical instructions

• Prepare documentation, fulfill reporting obligations to authorities and accident insurance providers

• Implement current laws and regulations

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training with further qualification as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d); alternatively, a university degree in a technical field

• Additional qualification as an occupational safety specialist (m/f/d)

• Professional experience in occupational safety and environmental management is an advantage

• Knowledge of current legislation and regulations

• Knowledge of ISO 14001

• Fluent German and English language skills required

• Communication and consulting skills, independent and self-motivated working style
