IT helpdesk employee (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
• First point of contact for IT-related inquiries and employee issues
• Assistance with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues via phone, email, or on-site
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software
• Managing user accounts and access rights
• Documentation of support requests and solutions in the ticket system
• Training and assisting users in using IT systems and applications
• Collaborate with other IT leaders to solve complex problems
Your profile:
• Completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
• IT support or help desk experience
• Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Basic network knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer orientation
• Ability to work in a team and communication skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
