Screen Printing Team Leader (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
• Permanent analysis of the screen printing process and corresponding derivation of measures to reduce scrap and improve quality
• Work preparation for the screen printing department
• Implementation and monitoring of machine settings
• Staff management in the area of screen printing (shift planning, qualification of employees, training new employees in printing technology, leading department meetings, etc.)
• Management and coordination of personnel deployment in coordination with screen printing management to process planned production orders on time and in quantities
Your profile:
• Successfully completed continuing education as a screen printing master or a similar qualification
• Several years of professional experience in screen printing as well as very good knowledge of screen printing technology
• Initial management experience is an advantage
• Very good computer skills and experience in working with ERP systems
• Independent way of working and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, leadership and motivation
